NEW ! MAKI BEIRUT The newest Maki, and the fifth Maki, is Maki Beirut. It launched its soft opening on December 20th 2009, in the Beirut Homes Building, Achrafieh, in the heart of Beirut. The aura and feel of the restaurant is different to any found in Lebanon, and although it's another Maki, it has a distinct flavor of its own. Cold and very eccentric, yet with the jumble and noise of people in the crowded space, it becomes comforting and warm, like its brother restaurants. Maki Beirut's decoration and style, like the food, is a fusion of various elements, has many linear, jagged, and sharp elements to it, which are juxtaposed by the organic foods, round plates, lights, and people. Exclusively on the Maki Beirut menu is Ichijiku Tori Teriyaki (fig birds). The food and mood, is still the same, with just a zanier setting!

MAKI AVENUES opened on 7th April 2007, the third Maki opened. Maki Avenues gives a phenomenal outlook through the terrace, especially at night.
